This one is real comfortable to hold on to. Similar in idea to the Hurst Shifters, but can also work on any shift rod. I hand make these and can do them in any color combination seen in my shop. Its bright metal flake acrylic, but I can do solid colors too. You could match the color of your car.

This one is made with layers of clear over a charcoal silver/gray, bright red in the middle with layers of clear separating. It measures 4.5" wide (long), 1.5" tall, and 7/8" thick.
I can install the mounting hardware based on your car's thread size. Just let me know what you need. I can do standard thread or metric. These come with a set-nut so you can get the alignment right. But please note, these knobs do not work on shift arms with a lock-out reverse button.
